給忙碌都市人
Very cold run ; first 5 km by heart rate very high because not warm my body ; then after 30 mins ; we resume to normal heart rate.
Not good fit in health condition.

上個月跑了20km 大帽山,因病加上天氣冷,最後去到山頂抽筋,堅持完成✅。 令一個上星期六參加了253km 跑步活動,我只是完成30km ✅; 已經累了
